Buying a template or done-for-you resource should be simple. Here's everything you need to know before you buy, and a few things you didn't know you needed to ask.
The Products

Digital resources built specifically for real estate agents and brokerages. Right now the flagship product is the House Hunt Handbook, a fully customizable Canva buyer guide available as a DIY template or a done-for-you customization. More resources are on the way.

The DIY version gives you the Canva template to customize yourself. Your logo, colors, photos, and info. It's straightforward, and most agents can get it done in under an 1-2 hours.
The Done-For-You option means you send me your branding assets and copy. I customize it for you and deliver it ready to use within 3-5 business days.
If you need me to write custom copy beyond what's already in the template? That's available as an add-on for an additional fee. Just note it on your intake form, and I'll send you the details.

Yes, you do need a Canva account. A free account works perfectly. Just keep in mind that this template was created using Canva Pro, so some images or elements may not be available in the free version. No worries, though. Canva has a large library of free images you can swap out with, and the overall design and layout will still look great.

Absolutely. Once you purchase and customize your template, it's yours to use with as many clients as you'd like.
The Done-For-You Process

After purchase, you'll receive an intake form to fill out. You'll need to provide your logo, brand colors, headshot or photos, contact info, and a short bio.
If you Prefer to skip all that? I offer two add-ons:
Photo sourcing - if you'd rather not hunt for images
Custom Copywriting- if you want all new copy written specifically for your business instead of the copy that's already in the template.

Absolutely. If you’re not ready for ongoing support, I offer one-time projects and VIP Days for things like CRM setup, automation audits, or workflow creation. Perfect if you just need to get organized and moving again, fast.
